2. Was AMIDAL ist2. What AMIDAL is

AMIDAL ist eine geschlossene Gesellschaft. Mitglieder vernetzen sich, teilen Perspektiven, gründen Communities, schreiben in Chats und veranstalten oder besuchen Events, vor Ort und online.AMIDAL is a private society. Members connect, share perspectives, found communities, write in chats and host or attend events, in person and online.

3. Aufnahme3. Admission

Aufgenommen wird auf Bewerbung. Sie registrieren sich in der App und bewerben sich; wir prüfen jede Bewerbung und bestätigen sie oder lehnen sie ab. Ein Anspruch auf Aufnahme besteht nicht.Admission is by application. You register in the app and apply; we review every application and confirm or decline it. There is no entitlement to admission.

Wird Ihre Bewerbung abgelehnt, kommt keine Mitgliedschaft zustande und es entstehen keine Kosten. Bezahlt wird erst nach der Bestätigung.If your application is declined, no membership comes into being and you pay nothing. Payment is only due after confirmation.

4. Konto und Verifizierung4. Account and verification

• Ein Konto gehört zu genau einer Person und ist nicht übertragbar.An account belongs to exactly one person and is not transferable.
• Sie verifizieren Ihren Ausweis. Ihr Profilname entspricht dem Namen in Ihrem Ausweis.You verify your ID. Your profile name matches the name on your ID.
• Sie machen wahre Angaben und halten sie aktuell.You provide true information and keep it up to date.
• Sie schützen Ihren Zugang. Eine verlorene NFC Card sperren Sie umgehend in der App.You protect your access. You block a lost NFC Card in the app without delay.

5. Mitgliedschaft und Preise5. Membership and prices

Die Mitgliedschaft kostet 149 € pro Quartal und wird für drei Monate im Voraus gezahlt. Sie beginnt nach Ihrer Aufnahme. Bezahlen können Sie mit Apple Pay, Kreditkarte oder SEPA-Lastschrift.Membership costs €149 per quarter and is paid for three months in advance. It begins once you are accepted. You can pay by Apple Pay, credit card or SEPA direct debit.

Zur Mitgliedschaft gehören der Zugang zur App, der Mitgliedsausweis, zwei Amidal NFC Cards und ein AMIDAL Anstecker. AMIDAL Plus ist bald verfügbar und kostet dann 749 € pro Quartal.Membership includes access to the app, the membership pass, two Amidal NFC Cards and an AMIDAL lapel pin. AMIDAL Plus will be available soon and will then cost €749 per quarter.

6. Widerrufsrecht6. Right of withdrawal

7. Inhalte und Verhalten7. Content and conduct

Für alles, was Sie auf AMIDAL teilen, sind Sie selbst verantwortlich. Es gelten die Community-Richtlinien.You are responsible for everything you share on AMIDAL. The community guidelines apply.

Ihre Inhalte bleiben Ihre Inhalte. Sie erlauben uns, sie innerhalb der Plattform so anzuzeigen und zu speichern, wie es für den Betrieb nötig ist.Your content remains yours. You allow us to display and store it within the platform as far as operating the service requires.

8. Events und Partnerhäuser8. Events and partner houses

Events werden von Mitgliedern, Communities und Unternehmen veranstaltet. Verantwortlich für ein Event ist der jeweilige Veranstalter. Für eigene AMIDAL-Events sind wir verantwortlich.Events are hosted by members, communities and companies. The respective host is responsible for an event. We are responsible for AMIDAL’s own events.

Vorteile bei Partnerhäusern gewährt das jeweilige Haus. Art und Umfang können sich ändern.Benefits at partner houses are granted by the respective house. Their type and extent may change.

9. Sperrung und Ausschluss9. Suspension and exclusion

Bei Verstößen gegen diese Bedingungen oder die Community-Richtlinien können wir Inhalte entfernen, Funktionen einschränken, ein Konto vorübergehend sperren oder die Mitgliedschaft beenden. Wir berücksichtigen dabei die Schwere des Verstoßes und begründen unsere Entscheidung.If these terms or the community guidelines are breached, we may remove content, restrict features, suspend an account or end the membership. We take the severity of the breach into account and give reasons for our decision.

10. Haftung, Recht und Änderungen10. Liability, governing law and changes
